I usually don't leave reviews unless a service is absolutely amazing or the opposite. I gotta say 808 made it extremely easy and a smooth process. We needed a tow from the house to the shop. It was a fair price, as fair as towing can be...lol. Morning of, the office called to say they were on their way. 2 minutes later the driver called. He was a few minutes early even. I found our permanent towing service for Maui! Can't say enough great things about our experience!! Maholo to the whole team at 808!!!!!

LET’S FACE IT….. NO ONE LIKES A TOW😢…. At least 99% of the time it’s because of a mishap, and so that alone can make it a very uncomfortable, unfortunate, and unexpected high stress situation - not to mention the expense.

I’ve used several tow companies on Maui over the past 15 years… Some have been great, and some were not so great “never again” experiences.

Peter was great at keeping us up to date as to where the tow truck and also as to what was covered under our insurance. Eric was very knowledgeable when he arrived at the scene and was able to diagnose our situation quickly which saved us a pricey tow. He also followed us back to our place to make sure we got there safely. Hopefully I don’t need a tow again any time soon but when I do, 809 is who I will be calling. Mahalo for you excellent service.
